"Please Wait" Lights

It's a nice sequence of scrolling lights

first light turn on

This circuit is :

the next, then the next each tick
now all the lights are on, the circuit end and send info to the inverter to start a new sequence
each lights turn off scrolling to the last
the last light is on, the circuit will soon restart
the full sequence is finished
it start again in an endless loop
