The Tale of a Simple Lamp

Connecting a lamp is a great way to start learning about electronics!

The Basics

Light is ON

One lamp connected to electricity. That's it.

Wall Switch

Connect a wall switch to electricity, to the lamp. And it do exactly what is intended : it's a wall switch.

Button

When you connect the big red button to a light, it only light on for brief moment (It's call one "tick")

Proximity Switch

Connect a proximity sensor to electricity, and it will light on when your near (from 1 large floor and a half away, in all directions)

Pressure Switch

The light will stay off until you step on the pressure sensor, then it will stay on until you step off

Blinking Light

a power inverter connected to electricity (bottom) and to itself (right to top), and you get a blinking light
